Use of Service
By using DEEPFLOW, you agree to use the platform only for lawful outreach and professional communication. You are responsible for the content, recipients, and compliance of every email sent through your connected accounts.
Google and Gmail Access
When you connect Gmail, DEEPFLOW requests only the permissions needed to send emails on your behalf. We do not request inbox read access.
You can disconnect Gmail access anytime from your profile, and we will stop using that connection for sending emails.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for consent, anti-spam compliance, recipient lists, and any legal obligations tied to messages sent from your account. DEEPFLOW may suspend usage for abuse, fraud, unsolicited bulk messaging, or policy violations.
Service Limitations and Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, deliverability outcomes, or third-party service uptime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEEPFLOW is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
